This post send by Ethan Mobley

well I\\\’m finished with therapy for the 16 days. Having a hard time when I want to leave the wrap off from my surgery to remove my bone cancer in the leg. I keep thinking people will be disturbed about it or not talk to me… so what do yall think, should I just try it for one day and see what happens?

    Hi Ethan,

It sounds like you want to be comfortable in your own skin…and it’s totally your choice. What other people think is not as important as what you think and how you feel. And I’m of the mind set that you should not feel like you have to hide.

Sometimes it’s just the anticipation of someone’s reaction that can be the most anxiety provoking—when in reality people may be very understanding of what you’ve been through. Remember that you are living proof that we are stronger than we imagine we are, Ethan.

Hi Ethan. I can’t say I know how you feel but I wish I could. I know it’s been awhile since you posted this so I hope that everything turned out okay. I think you should be proud of that scar. It shows how strong you are. Chances are you’re stronger than all of them. Just remember that.
